We went to Isla Mujeres on a day trip when we were living in Playa del Carmen. Loved it! Glad you were able to get over to the Caribbean side of Mexico for a change of pace and excellent celebration. Congratulations to both of you on thirty years!

The town reminded us a bit of Sayulita where we lived for 6 years--so cute, but getting very busy now that it has been discovered. A week was a good amount of time go get to know more of it.
